I recently bought this plant that was only identified as a succulent. Does anyone know what type it is?

Welcome to the Forum! I'm sorry you didn't get an answer to your question. I don't grow succulents at all, so can't help. I'm just bumping your post so that more people will see it and maybe someone will know....

While I can't give you a definitive I.d., that strongly looks like a member of the Aloe family. I'd start looking in that direction.
