Seeds?
So I can't find any live graptopetalum mendozae, but all I can find are seeds. I'm wondering how long they take to grow, and how to go about planting them!

Hi, So much easier to start by breaking of a bit and rooting it, as you know.
They can be started from seed, in fine sand that is kept damp, not wet. They can take 20 days to a month to sprout. We don't know where you live, you might be able to start them out side in an area with the right conditions, not in direct sun.
They can be started in a Flat or shallow container with at least 2" of fine sand with news print under the sand to slow drying. The top can be kept damp with a bottle sprayer. In warm country an area of partial shade so the sand doesn't dry out too fast, a small amount of peat crushed between your fingers on top would help.
If you have another succulent growing, the seeds can be put in close to the base of the plant, scratch the soil or sand so they will be maybe 1/8" deep. This I think is the easiest way.
Interested to know why you are after this exact species.
Good luck, Let us know if you find or start these from seed.
