Cacti Disease? Raised orange spots

I have recently discovered some orange/brown spots on the body of my cacti.
The spots are slightly raised, and have appeared within the space of a week.
I am unsure what's causing it.
I recently re-potted it and also brought my cacti inside for the winter and had been inside for about 5 weeks.
I did put it back outside for a week or so to get some sunlight, and it was in that week I noticed the spots.
Maybe that has something to do with it, or could just be coincidence.
I am also unsure of the variety of cacti it is.
Please help! I really want to solve this problem.

It doesn't seem too bad. Is the pot porous? Does the soil include dry, coarse material?
