Dying succulent? Need help!

Hello,
I recently purchased a succulent plant on a local food market.
The plant seemed to be doing fine for the first 2 months and then parts of it started to turn an orange/yellow colour. I am wondering if this is because of the winter season or if theres something I can personally do to fix this.
Also any information on what kind of plant this is would be great.
Plant did not come with a care sheet or any identification.
I have attached a picture for reference.

Thanks in advance,

Justin

Greetings, Mom grew that plant ,or its brother, in a lath house father built. Some also were growing in full sun. Looks like yours is indoors. They do not like dark 100% of the time.

Your plant doesn't look unhealthy to me, that looks like new growth on top, it isn't uncommon for them to cancel lower parts.

Let's hear from a member who lives with some of these.

I forgot to add: You can water them too much especially in winter.
