Is it possible to Harvest seeds from Dry Cactus ?

I was recently given a box of cactus that were nearly dead, I managed to save most of them, but there were a few that I wasn't. I was wondering if I let the cactus dry out if they have seeds I can start new plants from?

Do you know what kind of cacti they are? All the same or different types?

Are there dead blooms remaining on them? The seeds will come from the blooms which produce the seeds. So no blooms, no seeds.
