4in Succulents

I recently got promoted to nursery manager at a very small garden store in Austin, TX. Unfortunately there hasn't been much training or communication throughout my transition from very part time to full time and I have some questions!

We carry lots of succulents, mostly in 4 in pots and I am trying to get them on a watering schedule. Seeing as winter is on it's way do I need to change habits? Will plants go dormant and require water only about once a month? Or should I continue to water 1 -2 a week? Should they be allowed to get bone dry? Any other tips or tricks on succulents would be extremely helpful.

Thanks!

If they are sedums they will need a little water. If you are talking cactus, let them dry before watering. To much water is more harmful than too little for any plant.
