The one part of my cactus seems to have maybe gotten to heavy and is now leaning. It looks cracked at the bottom and goo is coming out. What should I do? And there is brownish white spots all over it. Not sure if it's getting too much sun or not enough water?

Cactus likes full sun and they can take a lot of water as long as you have good drainage. If the roots stay wet the plant gets root rot. Too much organic material in the soil will hold too much water. You need 50 to 70 percent sand in the soil.
Cut all the pads off. Stick all the pads in new soil so about 1/3 of the pad is in the well drained soil. Water evey day in about 3 weeks the pads will all grow roots. In about 6 weeks you will have new growth on all the pads.
