Red Spots on Fig plant: Infection? Nutritional?

Hi, I"m a novice gardener and have an indoor potted fiddle-head fig plant. I recently repotted it (its previous pot was way too small), and I put in some sort of fertilizer.

Two new leaves have few-mm, well defined, bright red dots all over them. I can't find any images online that look like this.

Anyone have thoughts? Thanks in advance.
