Help identifying this plant

This popped up in my yard and I'm not sure what it is. Thanks for the help.

It has a soft kind of rubbery feel to it. I think it's a succulent but I'm not hundred percent sure.

Hm... I can sort of see what you mean, but it doesn't look right as a succulent to me. Water it and see if the leaves swell?

I think the veins might be what look wrong. Not sure you should be able to see them so clearly on a succulent.
