What I Found, Baby Agave

So I was walking by my Agave Americana ( https://www.enchantedgardenaz.com/images/plants/Agave_americana.jpg )
and There is baby ones coming out of the sides, I pulled some out but don't know what to do with them, is there anything good about this plant besides display, I mean Aloe vera is good in many ways does this plant have any good profits?

Make some Agave nectar! I don't know how it is made though. They make Tequila out of Agave too.
