Need Help ID please

I just bought these 2 plants, mostly because I wanted the tiny 2" pots for putting Cacti seedlings into later, but I might as well try and let these grow. They were not labeled. besides being Tropical, and for that matter I don't even know if they are Succulents...

Not sure on the top one but I would guess it more a tropical then a succulent.

The second one is a sempervivum or common name hen and chick..a pretty one at that.
