Sedum burrito not doing well

My SIL gave me a Sedum burrito in July. She had recently re-potted it so I'm not sure what kind of soil it is in but she is fairly knowledgeable about plants so I trust that it is suitable. It does seem to drain well. I keep it in an east facing window where my other succulents seem to be doing well. I water when the soil has dried out. The leaves fall off constantly so I'm afraid I may be doing something wrong. Is this normal for this plant? If not, what else should I be doing? Any advice would be great. Thank you!

I think it's looking a bit better now. :)

It is looking great- For me the trick is watering it enough that the beans don't shrivel and fall off, but not water too much that it has root rot. Whatever you are doing now, it looks really great.

When the stem/branch part (where the beans grow off of) looks like a wooden stick, you need to water a bit more. But, when the branch part is juicy and green, you are doing it correctly!
