These two plants were recently given to me. Can anyone ID them for me? Thanks!

ETA: oops this is the one that you said was some kind of graptoveria and I'm thinking the site I pulled the scientific name from was wrong.

OK thanks.lilturtle wrote:Jelly bean is a sedum and I don't think that is what you have the growth structure is differant. As your plant grows it will be easier to ID them also, they are young plants right now. When they flower you will be able to get an even more possitive ID.
So I suppose I should just treat them like my other succulents (aside from my Aeonium 'Catlin Hybrid' which is summer dormant)?
Yes they are succulents and should be treated as such.
I do think the senecio is blue chalk fingers..I will show you a pic of my little one.

I spoke with my SIL today (she's the one who purchased the plants). She can't remember what the second one is but she says the first is Sedum nussbaumerianum.
Thank you for all your help lilturtle!

Just a quick update on these plants.
The one that I think is Senecio serpens is doing well. It has a scape and looks like it may bloom soon. I will try to get pics once it does as I know this will help with it's identification.

The Sedum nussbaumerianum on the other hand, I don't think is doing as good. As with all my succulents (excepting the Catlin Hybrid) it is in an east facing window. I water when the soil has dried out (about once a week). I did not re-pot this one (another gift from my SIL) so I'm not sure what kind of soil it is in but it does seem to drain well. Any tips? The pics at a bad angle but it looks the same as the older pic for the most part. There are some brown spots on some of the leaves now though. Rot?

Unfortunately, this one never bloomed. One of the cats knocked it over and snapped the scape off before it could. Maybe next year. I did notice however that it looked like the blooms were going to be white.AoibheNeasa wrote:Just a quick update on these plants.
