My Euphorbia Obesa is rotting :(

Well, the title says it all. My Euphorbia Obesa is rotting. When I touch it, it is kinda mushy and soft. It wobles a lot(probably root rot :( ). Only a part of the plant is really bad.

Is there anything I can do? I really like it. I have it my room for now. Away from my other cacties downstairs. I will not water it. Will I be able to save it or is it gone?

This is the second plant that is rotting. This is getting really strange. Can the really hot weather and humidity create that? I usually water this plant every week or two week.

well I'm not shure how to or if you can save your plant, but maby your soil isnt draning well enough, or your over watering or both, try switching to a more course well draning soil and try watering it a little less.
