Help Identifying Plants

Hey,

The first one is a succulent, the other isn't. No idea where else to put this topic though. Many thanks to those who give insight.

The first one I got from a friend. Any ideas what type it is? She doesn't seem to be doing to well either. Leaves are faded, and are falling off. Any ideas why?

The second one is growing wild on my fence outside. I'm curious if I'd be able to transplant some of it into a pot and keep it as a houseplant. He's quite lovely, whatever he is.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

The potted plant looks like Peperomia obtusfolia, commonly known as a baby rubber plant. (Image)

I don't recognize the outdoor plant.
