I rescued these from someone at work who didn't want them anymore, they didn't know what it was called or how to take care of it and I want to look up proper care instructions. Any help would be appreciated!

The top one looks like it might be a Burro's Tail (Sedum morganiunum.)
The second plant looks like a ti plant (Cordyline terminalis.)
I'm not certain about the third one, because I can't tell the size of the leaves.
The last one is a mammilaria cactus. There are so many species that I can't begin to guess which it is that you have. Once it flowers, it might be easier to ID it.

All right. I'm going to toss this out there as a possibility for the little foliage plant. It looks like it might be what is commonly called a baby rubber plant (Peperomia obtusifolia.) I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I will stop in soon. I hope they'll correct me if I'm wrong, so I can learn, too!

Thank's a lot, after comparing some pics online, I think you are right about the foliage plant being a baby rubber plant (Peperomia obtusifolia.)
And after looking at some other pics online I am pretty sure the Cactus is a Mammillaria albicans.
The other two seem to se spot on too, Burro's Tail (Sedum morganiunum,) and a ti plant (Cordyline terminalis.)
Thanks a lot now I can learn how to take care of them!
