Are these mealybugs?

My plant has been slowly dying and I thought it was because I had overwatered it once, but I noticed that there's some white bugs on it. Some are crawling around and they have a flat white back and lots of legs. I'm sorry the pictures aren't clearer. They are hiding inbetween leaves on my succulent. I can't see very many bugs right now. In the third pic the bug is crawling over the leaf in the middle of the picture.

I am not sure about the bug. Although my aphids look different. The succulant you have likes shade and if you see any rotting, cut the healthy part and put in a soil. It should grow roots without problem.

Yes, I think they are mealybugs:

even though mealybugs are often fluffier:

They are a common pest of succulents. You can get rid of them by dabbing each one with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol or you can just spray the rubbing alcohol on the bugs (has to be directly on them).
