Small eggs/scales lined up on plant leaf
Does anyone know what these are? See picture below. They are on several leaves of my succulent plant - typically on the underside, lined up nealy in a row, slightly overlapping one another, right on the edge of the leaf. Would they be leaf scale? Insect eggs?

If you dip a Q-tip in rubbing alcohol and touch it to each one (individually!), it will kill them without harming the rose bush.
