Hi, I'm hoping this group can help identify this plant
A plant identification app suggests it is Zanthoxylum piperitum but I'm not convinced!
Any help with how to care for it much appreciated too.

Why are you not convinced? Zanthoxylum piperitum aka Chinese pepper, Japanese pepper, even Korean pepper, is what I would have called it. What else do you think it might be? If it is Chinese pepper, the leaves are aromatic-fragrant when you rub them.
