Hello. I am a novice bonsai grower- always loved them and had them while I was young. I finally got the courage to buy a small one at Lowes and she is browning/yellowing. She is on my lanai in indirect sunlight. Soil is shallow. It is moist. Succulent next to her is thriving. Help to save her? Thanks!

Rub some of the needles twixt thumb and forefinger. As toasty as that juniper looks, I fear it has passed. Crumbly-brittle needles will confirm its passing.
