ID my bonsai please - it's a gift

Hello, could you please ID my Bonsaï ?
I 've been having it for a month and it has already some yellow leaves, should I worry ?

I suppose it could be Serissa, but it looks most to me like a Holly (Ilex) species. Neither Genus is well suited to indoor culture. Serissa, more likely than not, would have droppped a ton of leaves by now as well, so I'm really leaning toward Ilex, probably Ilex crenata. Especially since the lower right branch in the next to last picture shows a distinctive holly growth pattern. It needs to be outside, that's for sure. Whether or not it can overwinter depends on exact species id and your climate zone.
