How were we supposed to help ID a tree with no info and no pic?

If you were trying to post a picture, detailed instructions for how to do that are in the New to Helpful Gardener section at the top of the index page, under Helpful Tips and Suggestions for New Members, along with other helpful stuff it would be good for you to read.

You posted your link while I was typing my response. But people who aren't on FB will not be able to see your pics. Follow the instructions.

leafhead,

This is not a species that I am personally familiar with but it may be a plant called desert rose.

It looks like Adenium but, well, wow, um, I didn't think it was possible to kill Adeniumm through lack of care, but that looks to be exactly what whomever you purchased this tree from tried to do, and halfway succeeded. Other than standard cactus/succulent care, I can't offer much except to say that they need to be repotted better, and with more care.
