Came from a friend of mine who picked up the seeds in Thailand and propagated this plant.

Adenium obesum, Desert Rose. You see an awful lot of them coming out of Thailand. They must be extraordinarily popular in Asia at the moment. If not A. obesum, then another Adenium spp.
