Nice find Majed:)
Before doing much for styling I would suggest letting it grow out some, This will help for finding a style for the tree.
The roots look great and have lots of potential.
This Ficus looks like it will make a nice formal or informal style Bonsai. The styling is really up to you and what you like.

But seriously great find !! :)

It is probably to early right now to know the style the plant should grow as, as IB stated. However, the important thing to know is, it is not the style that is important, but how much it resembles a tree found in nature. This is why I like to stay away from formal upright styles, they hardly resemble a tree in nature. An expression I've heard from somewhere states "Make the bonsai look like a tree, but don't make the tree look like a bonsai."

It is a Ficus retusa, also called Ficus microcarpa.
