I would like to make a compost tea for my garden, I was wondering if I can use my rabbit droppings to make it? I have 4 rabbits and lots of poop but wasn't sure how to go about it..thankyou for your reply in advance
You sure can and rabbit poo is wonderful fertilizer. It's also mild enough to put in your garden directly without composting. Just put a nice heaping shovelful in a burlap bag or layered cheesecloth. Put in your container and add water and allow it to steep. Some folks use aeration to increase the microbe count, but since I'm using Bokashi I don't bother with that. Bokashi has plenty of beneficial microbes.
