AACT brewing - effect on insect eggs

I have a question about the brewing process of compost tea and whether or not the bubbles and/or water is enough to kill insect eggs that might reside in the compost.

Fungus gnat larvae have been an issue off and on for a few years. I can keep them under control usually if I do a preventative treatments with neem oil. The last thing I wanna do is mess things up now by reintroducing them. For all I know the brewing process may even be incubating eggs.

I have compost that might have insect eggs in it but I know it will make some great tea. Will the 24 hour brewing process kill any eggs that could eventually become larvae? Hopefully they drown or get ripped apart by bubbles.

Any help is really appreciated.
