Another Manure Question?

As Reading and Hearing from people, Cow manure is Rich in Nitrogen, In My area were I live I can get free Cow Manure anytime as much as I can Carry in a Truck, Now sense its Rich in Nitrogen, Should I Not Use it in my Vegetable Garden? as it might make the plant grow alot and not use the energy on growing vegetables?

Get all you can and make a compost pile with it and with dirt and leaves mixed in and leave it set for a month and then use it all year!!

+1 on the above advice - compost it first if it hasn't been composted already. Fresh manure not only has harmful bacteria that can get on your veggies, but it is *so* rich in N that it can harm the plants. Composting will take care of both of these problems, and you'll have great compost for your garden.
