Help me pick a recipe for ACT?

I have chicken poo (its been sitting for 3 months) I have worm castings, I have molasses, and I think I have corn meal somewhere. will this work? do I need a diff manure? what ratios etc should I do? TY!

Yes I know, I've read a few pages of it. I guess the question is, can I use chicken manure or not. I don't want to read through 35 pages of it to find that out.
