Ants!

There's a million ants in my compost bins! Flying ants, black ants, even some red ants! Is this good? Bad? What should I do?

I'm thinking of getting some of the ant bait things so I don't have to spray poison on stuff. Thoughts?

You should water; it means your compost is dry. Ants wouldn't like a bin with enough moisture in it...

On the bright side, they are helping with turning and aeration...
