I've heard rabbit droppings are good to go directly in the garden. It's the bedding and litter that might be a problem.

Droppings are nitrogen and typical bedding is brown. You're already getting that carbon nitrogen mix. Rabbit urea is more nitrogen. Throw it in the bin. We use shredded paper for the litter and it all goes in the bin.
