Compost Not Warming Up

I built a compost barrel a few weeks ago when it was nice and warm out. I filled it up with greens and browns like your supposed to and it started to heat up nicely. Then it got cold again and froze with a few inches of snow. Now its warming back up by my compost isn't warming up again. How can I get it going again? Any ideas? I was hoping to have some compost to help out my new plants before I transplant them from the house out to the garden.

Liquid fish & seaweed has worked the best for me as a good compost starter, especially if I dilute it with warm water and poor it on.....

you may need to dump it out and aerate it some. Get some air in it.

It's heating up nicely again. I just checked it tonight and it was at about 125 to 135. Right where it needs to be. I added a cheap can of beer to it and um... some pee. Working great!!
