Happy Cinco De Mayo and Boys Day

It is the fifth of May, the weather here is warmer, although occasionally wet. The gold trees and Jacaranda are blooming.
Today is Cinco De Mayo, besides making salsa and chips I really don't know that much about it.
It is also Boys Day in Japan. It is a day to fly the Koi (koinoburi) and bring out the dolls Display irises and pray for boys to be healthy and strong. Actually, it was yesterday since Japan is on the other side of the international date line.
