It has been raining pretty much everyday. I can only go out when there is a break in the rain which does not last long. Since, there are still a lot of things that I can do in the house.
I am in the middle of cleaning out my kitchen pantry shelves making a new inventory list for the shelves. I had more expired stuff than current ones. Some things I know keep a while longer, but I have to start going through my recipes to find ones that use them up.
I have so much canned salmon and sardines. Got any good recipes for that?
Once I get past the kitchen pantry, I have other food storage that does not even fit in the kitchen. I have other areas as well to tackle and debulk. I probably will not even get that far before the end of the year, but I gotta start someplace.
