Happy Easter!
Hopefully, you have got your taxes done and are waiting for your refunds.
Since Walmart and Costco will be closed tomorrow, I did some last minute shopping today. My neice is having an Easter party at her house and it looks like we will have lots of chocolate and food to go around a couple of times.
Today, I picked up some pork sausage and beans to make a kale and bean soup. I have a gallon of kale from my yard in the freezer.

I'm not going anywhere - family is too far away, and the friends that normally have me over for things just bought their house, so they're quite busy, and not really having a dinner. We said we'd do it another time, but an even better dinner, with things from the garden!
