I just got some new picture books earlier this year to read to my granddaughter. I really love the ones written by Ellie Merriweather that I found on Amazon. My favorites are "King Henry," (about a funny cat), "Where Are the Mulberries?" and " "The Montana Whale Dolphin." It's so cute because she asks me to read them over and over!

On instagram I'm following one of my favorite actresses Cadence Cameron Bure. She wrote a new kiddie book called Candence's Playful Puppy. Maybe try it out on your granddaughter?

Reading to kids is so much fun. I used to buy a ton of books to read to my daughter and she eventually became a voracious reader.

I also like reading my grandkids Frog and Toad books and The Little Golden Books!
