Crazy weather

We had a warm start to winter too warm, then it cooled down this week and dropped 8" one day and 6" of snow the next day. The flower pictures are from a week ago and the snow from today.

Record breaking highs in NJ and PA today. 78° here today (actually, yesterday), but dropping 40° later. Talk about crazy!

Yup, record breaking high here too. Predicted for 76, actually hit 79! Previous record for the date was 73, so we blew past that.

We have had measurable snowfall every month for the past 7, April included. Last weekend I got sunburned, today I am wanting a parka!

Friday morning we went camping I left an empty 5 gallon bucket in the yard to catch rain. No rain at the camp ground all weekend. Sunday we drove in hard rain 2 hours all the way home. This morning that 5 gallon bucket had 5" of rain in it. It rained all day today now it has 6.5" of rain in the bucket. We are off to Florida 8 am tomorrow morning to camp on the beach for a week. Weather woman says 1" to 2" of rain tomorrow. When we return we will see how much water the bucket has in it.
