Old Puyallup River Bridge moved in one piece

The old Puyallup River bridge is being replaced. They pulled out the old bridge in one piece. Here's a photo of the bridge being moved. I hope this link works.

I don't know. I was thinking that is should be preserved. I will find out.
Someone I know said that it will probably be torn apart & sent to the metal recycler.
It's small as far as bridges go. But does make a rather large lawn ornament.

I sincerely hope that the bridge is preserved.
