what kind of LED light assembly did you use?
I have a little bit of electrical knowledge so I tried to assemble LED grow light myself by using LEDs from ebay.
one time I helped a friend and I built a 45w light using 15x3w diodes and each diode contains red and blue chips with a ratio of 2:1 it was a great success but I won't go into details about what kind of plants he grew

the second time I used at one piece 50 watt lamp I bought on eBay the ratio between red and blue was 4:1 .
I only wanted to use it to keep my pepper and basil seedlings alive during the hardest part of the winter but it was a failure and they didn't grow at all
