It just got easier.

I am bucking up some logs and by using the backhoe and it's thumb I can pick them up and not bend over; oh my back is so thankful. Now if I can only teach my wife to use the backhoe so I do not have to run back and forth.

Yesterday my wife learned to run the backhoe, she picked up logs and brought them to me so I could cut them up. Despite her thinking the backhoe was a big scary thing she did very well. It made bucking the logs much faster. I do have a ton more to cut up but at least my back will be fine.
