Mixed Fruit Wine

I talked to the guy that runs the produce department at the grocery store, he says they throw out 10, 50 lb boxes of damaged fruit and vegetables every day. I have my vehicle load with damaged fruit, I am going to make wine out of, black grapes, red grapes, green grapes, peaches, strawberries, blue berries, black berries, pomegranates, papaya, red mango, melons, banana, etc.
I washed the fruit in the kitchen sink if there is 1 bad berry in a bag or box the store throws the whole container away. I think I will use the grapes, peaches, blackberries, pomegranates, mango, papaya, few blue berries, and few strawberries to make a 5 gallon batch of wine from all 100% juice.
I am running the fruit though my juicer then putting it in 3 liter soft drink bottles for temporary storage. I am going to boil all the juice to kill all yeast and bacteria then make wine after it cools.
I also have 60 heads of cabbage, several 50 lb boxes of tomatoes, bell peppers, bananas, cantaloupes, lettuce, onions, and lots more that are all going into the compost. If want to haul vegetables from the grocery store to my house every day I could add several 100 lbs to my compost every day.
I am surprised the grocery store throws out so much they must have to increase the price of what they sell a lot to cover the loss of all these vegetables.
