I don't feel like I often have that experience here of people arguing with advice. But I do frequently have the experience like this: Someone writes in to say my (unidentified) bonsai tree is losing leaves. No further info given except "pls help." Within a couple hrs I reply to say in order to help, we need more information. End of story. Why bother to write in asking for help if you aren't even willing to respond and give a little more info?
Or people that write in asking for help, suggestions, etc and I take time to write out a long detailed and (I think) helpful response. End of story. No response to say thanks that was helpful, or that wasn't helpful or anything else.
Oh well I guess it is in the nature of forums, that there are a lot of people that buzz by and never come back, even to get the help they were asking for.

1. Questions about moderation should be addressed by PM. Thanks.
2. Why do people act like people? Because they're people.
3. Most new members are thankful and grateful.
4. Many new members have incredible experience.
I don't want to get into a discussion about members. And I most definitely prefer we don't discuss a specific member in a negative light, particularly when we don't know them, their circumstance, etc.
Thanks.
