Heat for Cynthia

Cynthia,

I'm assuming you locked the World Ending post, so here is my reply.

Here are some options.

1. Heated mouse and key board.
2. Heated dog mat for your feet.
3. A heat lamp or maybe just a 100 watt incandescent light bulb / lamp above your head.

4. Build your self a cubical. Heat a smaller space.

Nah, 'twarn't me. I came back to the forum just a little while ago, and it was already locked.

But maybe the heated pad--well, if I can fight the dogs off of it!--would help. Good idea!

Better yet would be the ability to train the new rescue boy, all 102 pounds of him, to LIE ON MY FEET while I'm working on the computer. Ah.... :) ...but somehow I think a heating mat, maybe one designed for plants? so it will go for more than 2 hours? will be more reliable.

Good idea! Are there *actually* heated mouse pads, or do I (heaven forbid) need to figure that one out myself???

I don't own a heated mouse or key board. This is a simple Google search.

well, since I had never heard of it (or even conceived of it), it didn't occur to me to do a search. dummy me! :)

Ooohh, Göde Jül indeed! and a warm one, too....gotta talk to the Other Sidhe (getting my ancestries mixed up here...)

And a plant-heating mat. Mr. Dog is antsier (real word?) than ever today--first day we've had sun in over a week--so the idea of asking him to lie on the feet is Right. Out.
