A few houses down from me was hit by lightening last night. Their house is a total loss. We have been helping them gather whatever we can but there is not much left. This is very sad. They have lost about everything. The family got out and the dog too but a cat didn't make it. The will move on bt this is tough.
Thanks

Over the years I have had two friends whose homes burned down. Even though they escaped with their lives and not physically injured, it is a devastating loss. Not only the financial of having to replace everything, but emotionally all those things you have around you are part of how you create a sense of home, all the photos are memories, all the clothes are part of how you present yourself to the world, many items are keepsakes, souvenirs, gifts from loved ones, have memories attached. All that cannot be replaced.
I will hold them in the Light.
