Would you like to play a game?

I told you I was bored! Here are the rules: Make a sentence out of a five-letter word, preferably garden-related. For those of you who converse in other languages, native tongue five-letter words are acceptable, but you're on your honour here--it must be a "real" word in your language. Please make the sentence in English, though, so us dumb Americans can understand it. The sentence should make some kind of sense, however weird. After completing your sentence, give a new five-letter word for the next person. First to reply gets to pick the next word.
Example:
ROSES--Rotten Orangutans Spoiled Everyone's Soup.

New word: SHRUB

OK--go!

Sure, why not? :D

SHRUB: Steve Had Red, Unbelieveable Beets.

And the next word is...

PEARS.
