I happen to be back east for the holidays. My daughter got to experience her first fluffy snow and was overjoyed to make the snow angels she's been reading about and to ride a sled down a gentle slope. She was beaming from ear to ear and stayed out playing until the sun went down.

So far it's a perfect start to our vacation. Happy holidays to all.
