I posted this on his page.
From high school until I moved out west Bill and I were best friends, we kept in contact and every time I got back to Saugus we got together. Bill was one of the most fun and creative people I have ever known, we did so many let's say fun things in the day. Bill was one of those people everyone got to like as he was so full of life, he was very friendly and laughed and joked with everyone. I have not been able to get back east for years and I wish I could have seen again, he will be missed, Bill is one of the few friends I have had that I will never stop loving.
