Grass Identification (Fescue or Bermuda?)

Greetings,
Sod was installed in my yard in March. The sod farmer told me that the sod is "overseeded Celebration". He explained that it is a kind of Bermuda grass. Much of the grass is dead now. Last week an arborist came to my house to examine a deciduous tree in the backyard, and he commented on my dying Fescue. I corrected him--it's Bermuda. He took his glasses off and said, "I'm telling you: that's Fescue down there, not Bermuda."
Can anyone help me identify what kind of grass is growing in my yard?
