Hi all, my name is Matias .. I'm from Argentina but currently living in Missouri (St. Louis) .
We are recent homeowners trying to have a nice yard like everyone in the subdivision. I have fertilized the lawn during the year with Milorganite and been watering it regularly. In the last weeks I noticed part of my back and front yard is getting brown and don't really know why as my neighbor's is looking a beautiful green. We are around the 40°F's 60°F's ... I'm attaching some pictures so so guys can tell me what type of grass I have, and what could probably happening with my yard. Thanks to all of you in advance!

I'm not really a lawn person anyway. My best suggestion would be to talk to your neighbors and find out what they are doing differently. Do they have a different kind of grass? What are they using for fertilizer? etc.
Is this new grass? Was it from seed or sod?
