Planting new lawn

Hello,

I am planning on re-planing my lawn with Blackjack Bermuda, on recommendation from a local nursery. I am going to till my whole yard, almost 8000 Sq ft, because the top of the soil is very dry but when I dig into it below is very rich soil. after that I will place down my seed, cover it, roll it, and then water.

My problem comes after I'm done with these steps. I do not have a sprinkler system, nor do I have a way to water the newly seeded lawn without walking on it. So I guess my questions are, will it hurt the seedlings to walk on the lawn while watering it? If so, does anyone have suggestions on how to water it without walking on the new lawn?

Thank you.
