New/existing lawn help

I'm new to this forum and am looking for some help!

I have a 1acre "ish" size lot, and am having some lawn issues to say the least.

The front has an "existing lawn" and the back is new construction pretty much. I have been given about 250 lbs of grass seed and am not sure what I should do. I'll attach pictures

Sorry !!

I'm in southern Ontario Niagara Falls area. Just finishin up winter and heading towards spring!

The soil here is mainly clay, so whenever it rains a lot it looks like that everywhere And it rained a lot the other day. Weather is still around 0 degrees Celsius at night here, but that's changing fast

As for seed. 200 lbs is a mix from a supply/feed store called minor brothers.

40 Kentucky blue grass
25 creeping red fescue
20 perennial ryegrass
10 chewing fescue
5 poa trivialis

The other 50 is

35 creeping red fescue
30 annual ryegrass
25 intermediate ryegrass
5 perennial ryegrass
5 Kentucky bluegrass

Hope this info is what you need!

Thanks!
